The Training Conference is designed to give water and wastewater operators from across Nevada the opportunity to attend training classes and earn continuing education units (CEUs).

Best Tasting Water in Nevada
During the annual training conference, RWWAV hosts a contest for the best-tasting water. Systems from across the state enter the contest, and the winner represents the state of Nevada at NRWA’s Great American Water Taste Test, held each year at the Rural Water Rally in Washington, D.C.
2025 Best Tasting Water in Nevada Winner
Congratulations to Nye County Complex for placing first in the best-tasting water contest, held at the 2025 Training Conference in Las Vegas.
As the winner of the Water Taste Test, Nye County Complex will have the opportunity to represent the state of Nevada in NRWA’s Great American Water Taste Test, held at the annual Rural Water Rally in Washington, D.C., in February 2026.
